Our online store of wedding dresses, children and evening dresses works in the ONLINE mode, that’s why order requests are accepted on a twenty-four hour basis. All orders are accepted from 9:00 in the morning till 21:00 in the evening from Monday to Friday by phone number +38(066) 193-63-42.

Your order is accepted just after 100% prepayment. To work up an average order requires 3-7 days depending on the quantity.
After the order processing, our manager will contact you back to discuss the form of payment and means of delivery convenient for you.
When processing the order on the website choose the size and the color and fill in the required additional information.

When processing the order please indicate:
1. NAME and LAST NAME
2. E-MAIL
3. Exact address (city, street, house/apartment number)

Delivery

Delivery on the territory of Ukraine is carried out by transporters NOVA POSHTA, NEXPRESS, AUTOLUX. After shipment we’ll inform you with the number of shipment declaration.

The order will be received in 1-3 days.
Delivery payment is customer’s responsibility.

Delivery on the territory of Russia and European countries is carried out by transporters UKRPOSHTA, EMC post and other domestic transport services.
The price of delivery: 12$ for one wedding dress and 4$ for one children dress.
Delivery takes from 7 to 12 days (depending on the distance). After shipment we’ll inform you with the number of shipment declaration.

The order will be received in 7-12 days.
Delivery payment is customer’s responsibility.

RETURN POLICY
The return of the goods can be done within 14 days of the order receipt.
In case you’ve received bad-quality order or you’ve accidentally received the wrong order, we are responsible for the recurring delivery payment.
